Body
During the sports performance class, we will teach students how to move efficiently with targeted training, ensure they get essential daily exercise, and discuss nutrition to promote overall health and well being.
Mind
Students will also have one hour of academic time in a group setting with a certified teacher. They can work on homeschool materials, including that day’s work or a previous assignment they needed a boost on. They will receive individual support as needed.
Heart
Faith is at the heart of our program, integrated into academics and physical training. Each day begins with personal growth through Bible study, worship, or prayer fostering character development and spiritual connection.
