Body
During the sports performance class, we will teach students how to move efficiently with targeted training, ensure they get essential daily exercise, and discuss nutrition to promote overall health and well being.
Mind
Students will also have academic time in a group setting with a certified teacher. They can work on homeschool materials, including that day’s work or a previous assignment they needed a boost on. They will receive individual support as needed. Enrichment opportunities will also be provided.
Heart
Character development activities and conversations will also be woven throughout the academic and athletic times, ensuring that the student is growing wholistically.
